A prestigious RPO / BPO company headquartered in Boston and is locally operating in Makati is experiencing a huge demands for talents with IT recruiting background.
Due to the business group’s proven success in providing superior value to companies operating within the healthcare, biotechnology, engineering, financial, and construction management industries, IT firms are showing an overwhelming level of interest in entrusting their IT recruiting practices to the said company.
Equipped with state-of-the-art training programs and established staffing best practices, the company is actively looking for potential candidate with the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years worth of accomplished college units from a well-known university.
• At least a year of full-cycle technical recruiting background. The firm is also interested in speaking to candidates with non-agent hiring experience.
• Deep understanding of IT terminologies ranging from hardware and software systems, programming languages, network architecture, wireless applications, etc.
• Proven track record in resume sourcing, candidate pre-screening, profiling and matching as well client management.
• Offshore recruiting experience whether office or home-based a plus.
