Responsibilities:

• Build, train and manage a team of residential Brokers or Agents and support team from scratch
• Mentor and coach all agents to build referral networks and/ or residential listings
• Create and develop business relations with unit owners,  potential property owners and homeowners
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Residential Division,  including but not limited to the following:

Marketing:

• Create network of referrals or residential listings of residential units/properties through advertising, lead follow up, property showings for prospective tenants
• Attend sales or networking events
• Conceptualize and implement strategies to increase sales, and client networking

Tenant/client Relations:

• Develop sales and lease agreements
• Monitor and/or oversee contract administration, if necessary
• Represent the company in meetings, negotiations and sales related events

Requirements:

● College degree

●      Familiar with applicable laws and regulations

●      3-5 years experience in real estate industry (Residential)

●      Strong interpersonal & business communication skills

●      High level of organization and attention to detail

●      Competence with MS Office applications

●      Knowledge of financial reporting

●      Licensed Real Estate Broker
