The successful representative will be financially driven as the program has substantial performance incentives. This position requires conversational skills and the ability to recommend purchasing options for the consumers with a high degree of confidence.
Responsibilities:
• Directly communicate with customers and prospects to help them with the purchasing process
• Comply with call handling procedures, scripts and rebuttals during sales presentations
• Comply with documented quality procedures
• Proactively offer and present information on products and services to communicate product features and benefits
• Communicate enthusiasm about the product offering to overcome objections
• Meet or exceed weekly performance goals
Requirements
• Basic telemarketing sales aptitude
• Basic computer skills including good typing skills
• Comfortable working in a competitive sales-drive environment
• Highly reliable, enthusiastic, and energetic team player
• Knowledge of basic sales techniques
• English fluency
