OD ANALYST

Requirements:

• Candidate must posess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• With at least 5 years of work experience in the HR-field; experience in the design and implemantation of succession planning, workforce development, career development, organization design and change management.
• Excellent skills in whole cycle of training and development
• Possess consulting skills and good communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing succession plans
• Development and implementation of programs for workforce development, career development, organization design and change management
• Formulation and implementation of comprehensive programs.
