Requirements:

· Must be college degree in any field.

· With 3 to 5 years Real time analyst experience

· With strong verbal and written communication skills

· Knowledeable with Aspect, eWorkforce, Witness, Blue Pumpkin, RTA etc.

· Must be consistent, fexible and pro-active.

· Responsible for monitoring agents phone activity

· Able to work in flexible schedule.

· Must be willing to work in Taguig.

· Full-Time positions available
