· Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
· At least 1 to 3 years working experience in a call center industry as a Operations Manager
· Experience dealing with international clients
· Has excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to manage/supervise at least 150 FTEs
· Has good analitical, problem solving skills and can work under pressure
· Must be fexible, pro-active and reliable
· With strong verbal and written communication skills
· Responsible for managing daily operational activities and ensures metrics and goals are met.
· Must be willing to work in Makati or Taguig
