human resources Scheduling Analyst/Specialist
The HR Scheduling Analyst ensures supply and demand are managed in a manner that enables the Center to manage its utilization and chargeability, and imbalances are identified and escalated for resolution in order to meet the requirements of the Operating Group/Capability being supported.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provides resource planning advice and scheduling for projects within assigned Operating Group/Capability within the Manila Delivery Center.
• Supports a group with numbers ranging from 200 to 1000 members

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Minimum of 2 years recruiting/staffing experience (preferably in an IT setting)
• For Specialist minimum of 5 year experienced is required
• Resource planning experience
• Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Ability to work independently
