The Employee Relations Manager is responsible for creating a fair, respectful, diverse and high performance culture enabling people to contribute their best. Will develop, deliver and maintain a business focused employee relations strategy that meets the needs of the company and ensure that the HR department achieve their objectives and work plan
Requirements:
•In depth knowledge of labor law
•Practical experience in managing employee relations from simple to complex cases
•Confident, highly professional and have strong influencing, communication and team working skills
•Experience of people management
•Ability to work well under pressure
•Ability to demonstrate presence and credibility within the organization
•Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
•Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Human Resource Management
•At least 5 years progressively responsible HR experience in fast paced organizations with minimum 3 years recent direct experience focusing on employee relations
•40 years and above
•Preferrably Female
