Team Leader for VOIP Account
· Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
· At least 2 to 3 years working experience in a call center industry as a Team Leader/supervisor
· With good leadership and management skills
· With strong verbal and written communication skills
· With good coaching skills, able to motivate and encourage agents
· Must be consistent, fexible and pro-active.
· Ensures agents metrics are met.
· Able to work in flexible schedule.
· Must be willing to work in Taguig.
· Full-Time positions available
