Job Description

• You will be responsible for delivering the new functionality, modifying existing processes, integrating vendor packages within current environments, and ultimately delivering IT solutions that meet our business partners' needs.

• Act as the solution architect where this role is vacant in projects

• Apply analysis skills to understand and assess the impact of infrastructure and technical changes within the environment

• Develop, test, and implement Filenet solutions for business projects

• Act as a development technical lead on different Filenet initiatives

• Provide support for Filenet applications and environments, and the infrastructure that supports them

• Provide development and infrastructure estimates at various levels of a project to match architectural solution, including assistance in business case creation

• Assist SLF architects in developing strategies and roadmaps for the portfolio of Filenet applications

Job Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in computer Engineering, Science/Information Technology or equivalent
Certification and/or working experience with the IBM FileNet P8 4.x and 5.x suite of tools, specifically Business Process Management, Content Management & Records Management modules.
Must have experience with integrating and supporting vendor packages in an established production environment consisting of various technologies and platforms
Must have experience with Oracle WebLogic Application Server in a distributed Unix environment
Must have at least 7 years in Java and J2EE web application development and support experience
Must have strong working background with client-server environments and exposure to web based applications
Must have proven analysis and development skills preferably with a degree in Computer Science, related technology degree/diploma, or equivalent experience
Must have proven technical lead capabilities, able to mentor junior developers
Must have solid problem solving skills
Must have ability to work independently as well as being a strong team player with the ability to work effectively in a multi-site environment
Must have excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle several tasks efficiently
Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills
Must have experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and stored procedures
Must have experience with System Development Life Cycle Methodologies
