We are URGENTLY looking for young, motivated and driven individuals for the positions of:

CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES

Responsibilities:

-Renders support through phone, email and chat

-Resolves clients requests, questions and complaints frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine best use of resources

-Establish rapport and continuous business relationship with clients

-Upsell products and services to meet client's best interest and expectations

Requirements:

-Required language: English-advanced level

-Perfect writing, typing and communication skills

-Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not a requirement

- Stress-resistant and able to handle multiple tasks

-Minimum 6 months experience in Inbound and / or Outbound Support/Sales in an international call center environment

-Full-Time positions available
