• Customer Care Specialists deliver world-class service to valued customers across the globe.
• Technical Support Specialists assist customers of one of the world’s leading manufacturers of Consumer electronics and Gadgets

Requirements:

Customer Service/Sales

• Completed at least two years of college in any course (minimum)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Proficient computer and internet application skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including graveyard, weekends and holidays
• Fresh graduates or those without previous call center experience are welcome to apply
• Must be willing to work in quezon City or Makati

Tech Support

• Completed at least two years of college in any course (minimum)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Highly proficient in computers and internet applications
• Experience as technical support representative in a call center environment, particularly in troubleshooting, is a definite advantage
• Willing to work in a schedule-shifting environment, including graveyard, holiday and weekend shifts
• Familiarity with the Mac OS, or certification on A , NET or Cisco CCNA is preferred but not required
• Premium pay is offered to candidates with previous international contact center experience
• Fresh graduates or those without previous work experience are also welcome to apply
• Must be willing to work in Quezon City or Makati
