The Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, pre-screening, assessing, and endorsing high-quality candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner. The role is crucial to the success of the company and provides candidates the ability to directly influence make-up of the human capital at the company.
The role will be responsible for the sourcing and interviewing for business manpower requirements on job boards, applicant tracking systems, company web sites etc.
The chosen candidate will conduct high volume pre-assessment calls with candidates, verifying different items such as qualifications, availability, and compensation requirements.
He/She will be responsible for designing and implementing creative means that go beyond traditional sourcing channels to attract qualified applicants.
Also, he/she will manage any vendors that submit candidates and maintain database of applicants.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Journalism, Linguistics/Languages or equivalent.
1-2 years of recruitment experience is a plus, preferably in a search firm or the recruiting department of a multinational company.
Strong interest in recruitment as a career. We are open to select candidates with BPO experience who can articulate why recruitment would be of interest to them.
