Responsibilities:

An exceptional writer and editor, an Online Copywriter brings a fresh outlook and creative edge to our clients’ recruitment advertisements and concepts. With their word wizardry, they write attention-grabbing and informative online advertisements for a wide variety of roles that help our clients attract the best talent available. Of course, their copy is not only compelling and targeted to a designated audience, but it also fits with brand guidelines, optimised for searchability and suits legal requirements. They have fantastic time management skills and are natural communicators, able to educate and inspire others on the latest recruitment advertising trends.

Requirements:

• Creating advertisements and concepts that are targeted to a designated audience, within brand guidelines, optimised for searchability, and within legal requirements
• Managing time effectively and working in a team environment with creative leads, senior copywriters, account managers, and project managers
• Keeping up to date on advertising and recruitment trends as well as legal issues pertaining to recruitment
• Being aware of internet search engine optimisation techniques and using them to the best possible effect
• Proofreading and recommending changes to the work of others
