CALL CENTER AGENT - Makati - requirements of call center agent

Position Type:

Part-time

call center AGENTS for UNDERGRADS, FRESH GRADS, ENTRY LEVELS based in makati

upto 20k basic salary plus allowance plus incentives and bonus

Responsibilities:

Renders support through phone, email and chat

Resolves client requests, questions and complaints frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine best use of resources

Establish rapport and continuous business relationship with clients

Handle problematic cases and/or financial issues with clients

Upsell products and services to meet client’s best interest and expectations

Requirements:

Required language: English – advanced level

Perfect writing, typing and communication skills

Bachelors degree is a plus

Stress-resistant and able to handle multiple tasks

Minimum 6 months experience in Inbound and/or Outbound Support / Sales in an international call center environment
