Associate Lawyer

SP Madrid & Associates Law Firm is in need of an Associate Lawyer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To perform legal proceedings against criminal or civil lawsuits; to prepare legal materials and consult the clients about their rights and legal procedures;

- To conduct research and interview with clients and witnesses for important evidences for the trial;

- To explain about legal matters to the clients; to be in charge of preparing arguments, testimony and presentation in front of the court, if necessary;

- To represent the clients in front of the court or judicial arbitration and similar entities to resolve legal issues in relation to enterprise laws;
