JOB SUMMARY:

• Responsible for overall operations of the Branch;
• Sees to it that all policies and procedures are being implemented
• Projects the highest degree of customer service for both internal and external policies and guidelines in the day to day execution of work.
• Ensures that appropriate /adequate internal control procedures are implemented in line of work.
• Assists in the internal marketing thrust of the branch.
• Actively gets involved in the cross selling and internal marketing efforts of the branch.
• Conducts branch cost analysis and recommends alternative courses of action to achive cost effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/management, Commerce or equivalent.
• Must have at least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Banking/Financial services or equivalent.
• 200 Full-Time positions available.
